What it looks like in practice.

Customer triage, automated

An e-commerce SMB was spending 3+ hours daily sorting support emails. After an AI triage agent: inbound inquiries auto-categorized, urgent issues flagged, FAQs answered instantly. Team focuses on the 10% that actually needs a human.

Lead qualification, non-stop

A B2B services company had one sales rep drowning in low-quality leads. Built an agent that qualifies prospects via email, scores them, and routes hot leads to the rep's calendar. Rep now spends time on leads that convert.

Reporting, on demand

Operations team manually pulling weekly reports from 4 tools every Monday. Built a daily sync automation that aggregates data, generates a plain-English summary, and delivers it to Slack by 9am. Monday mornings reclaimed.

These aren't curated unicorns. Most AI agent projects follow a similar pattern: identify the highest-frequency, lowest-judgment task, automate it first, measure the time saved, then expand.

Common questions.

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?

No. I handle the technical side. You tell me what you need — like "a system that answers customer questions overnight" — and I figure out the right AI approach. I explain things in plain English, not jargon.

How long does a typical project take?

First automation: 2–4 weeks. Most clients see something live in the first sprint. Full agent systems: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. I give you a clear timeline upfront — no surprises.

How much does it cost?

Most projects start at €5k. Single automations tend to be €3k–€8k. Ongoing agent systems with maintenance run €1k–€3k/month. I'll give you a fixed price before we start, not an estimate that grows.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

Agents have guardrails, fallback responses, and human oversight built in. Nothing goes to a customer without review logic. I monitor outputs and iterate until error rates are acceptable. I don't ship and disappear.

I'm not technical. Can I still use AI agents?

Yes. Most of my clients are non-technical business owners. You don't need to code — you need to describe your problem. If you can explain what takes too long or what keeps falling through the cracks, I can probably automate it.

What's the process from idea to live system?

Discovery call → scope definition → first sprint (2 weeks) → review → iteration → handover. You get daily or weekly updates, not radio silence. If something isn't working, we course-correct before it becomes a problem.

Let's build something that works.
